Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank invites Resumes for CM & DYM Post

The Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank is a leading Scheduled Co-operative Bank with a Business Mix of Rs.1350 crores working under CBS on its own Data Centre with latest offerings like RTGS, NEFT, SMS Banking, etc. 

To meet its progressive needs in operational banking, the Bank is looking to fill up following vacancies.

1. Chief Manager (Credit / Recovery / Legal / Branch Operations) : 

• 20 years experience with proven leadership / abilities of handling the specified area independently.

2. Deputy Manager (Branch Operations) : 

• 15 years experience of independently handling Branch of over Rs.50 crores business mix.

The candidate should possess the following (for the posts (1) & (2) above)

• Graduate / Post-Graduate with professional qualification like CAIIB / MBA/LLB/LLM.
• Age not to exceed 50 years and not less than 40 years.
• Written and Oral Communication skill in English and Marathi is necessary and should have excellent drafting skill.
• Candidate without relevant Banking experience need not apply.
• Passion for performance and results shall be key consideration.
• Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience and qualification.
• VRS opted and other Retired Banking Professionals may also apply for above positions on contract basis. In such case the age limits not to exceed 55 years.
