Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment in Clerical Cadre in Associate Banks of State Bank of India.Candidates can apply for vacancies in one Bank/State only and will have to appear for written test from a centre of that particular state. For example, candidate applying to SBH in Andhra Pradesh state can appear from Andhra Pradesh only.

The below vacancies are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank(s) at the material time.

• Minimum 12th Standard (10 + 2) pass or equivalent qualification with a minimum of aggregate 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS). OR
• A degree (Graduation level) from a recognised university.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Candidate must be a citizen of India
2. For post code 01 (Officer – Scale-I) the recruitment is on all India basis.
3. For post code 02 (Office Assistant) the candidate must be the DOMICILE OF GUJARAT STATE.

AGE (as on 01.09.2010):

• For Officer Scale – I: (Group – ‘A’) - Between 18 years and 26 years
• For Office Assistant (Multipurpose)(Group ‘B’)- Between 18 years and 26 years

APPLICATION FEE

• SC/ ST/PWD/EXS : 50+NIL (Postage +Application Fee)
• OBC / General : 50+200 (Postage +Application Fee)

HOW TO APPLY:

1. All eligible candidates should apply in the prescribed Application Format given at the end of this advertisement to reach on or before the last date for receipt of applications. Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
2. If a candidate is eligible and desires to apply for more than one post, he/ she should make separate application for each of the posts which he/ she wishes to apply for along with separate application fee for each of the posts.
3. A candidate must fill the application form in CAPITAL LETTERS in his/ her own handwriting.
4. Application should be in A-4 size paper (11.69” x 8.27”) and should be strictly as per the format and contains no correction / alteration / over writings. Application form is also available on the website of Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank at www.bggb.in. 
5. Applications complete in all respects should be sent only by Ordinary Post on the following Post Box No. in a cover / envelop superscribed as under: “Application for the post of __________________ , Post Code No. ___________, BARODA GUJARAT GRAMIN BANK RECRUITMENT PROJECT 2010 choice of centre for written examination ____________ , Centre Code ____”
