• Obtaining the Application Form:  Interested candidates may download the Application Form from the DSCI website i.e. www.dsci.nic.in
• Submission of completed applications: a. For Indian Residents: Completed application alongwith all the documents and a non-refundable fee of  Rs.1000/- (Rs. 250/- in case of SC/ST candidates) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Delhi State Cancer Institute, payable at Delhi must be submitted in the Office of the Institute by the Last Date i.e. 31st Dec 2010 by 3:00 P.M., b. For NRI Candidates: Application Fee is US$ 50.- and the Last Date for submission of completed applications is
• Candidate applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for different posts – complete in all respects including the fee.
• All pages of the application along with the annexures MUST be numbered serially and total number of pages in the application be mentioned in the application.
