UPSC invites application on prescribed forms by 02/12/2010 (09/12/2010 for the candidates from far flung areas) for various posts in various Government of India Ministries and Departments in the prescribed format. The posts are : 

1. Chief Instructor (Marine Engineer) : 01 post

3. Senior Scientific Officer Gr. I (Armament) : 01 post

4. Senior Scientific Officer Gr. I I (Lie Detector) : 01 post 

• in CFSL, Ministry of Home Affairs

5. Deputy Central Intelligence Officers (Technical) : 07 posts 

• in Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs 

6. Deputy Legislative Counsel (Hindi) : 01 post 

• in Legislative Department, Ministry of Law & Justice 

7. Assistant Public Prosecutor : 01 post 

• in Department of Personnel & Administrtive Reforms, Union Territory Administration of Daman & Diu Fee payable is Rs.50/- in the shape of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only. (fee exempted for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates)

PAY SCALE & CLASSIFICATION : 

Figures in bracket at the end of the pay scale indicate the approx total emoluments(per month) excluding TA and HRA at the minimum of the scale).

5. e) Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200(Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.18225)Group ‘B’ Gazetted for the post at S.No.7 above.
6. f) Rs.8000-275-13500(T.E. Rs.17640)(pre-revised) Group ‘A’ Gazetted for the post at S.No.2 above.
