National Consumer Helpline, a Public Service Project of Ministry of Consumer Affairs for Consumer Awarenesss, Advise, Guidance and Information through National Toll Free Number 1800-11-4000 (MTNL/BSNL) is looking for Job Vacancies listed below
1) Manager : (Full Time)
- For National Consumer Helpline, a fully computerized call center, supported by Ministry of Consumer Affairs.. She/he will be responsible for Management of Helpline, Government and Corporate. Liaison, Finances, Website, Software, Knowledge database, planning and implementing publicity, ability to administer staff. Graduate in any discipline with 10 years relevant experience(incl. IT), Leadership and Communication skills.
2) Consultants : (Part Time)
- Having industry experience in Corporate Customer Service Systems; Quality Management Systems' Certification and Executive Training. Retired/ VRS eligible.

3) Junior Counsellors (Full Time/ Part Time)
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Students Can also Apply
- Call handling, Advising, Guiding and informing the consumers, Generating feedbacks, Interesting stories, Providing input for data updating etc., also participating in adv related activities. Any other task as per the requirement of the process.
Essential:
- Good knowledge of computer, internet, communication and good command of English and Hindi shall be essential for the above post. Experience in call centre work or work in any domain of consumer affairs are considered relevant and desirable for the above posts.
