1. Additional Secretary : 01

• Scale of Pay : Rs.37400-67000 + 10000. [Entry Pay 53000]
• Age Limit : Between 40 - 50 years
• Essential Qualification : Associate or Fellow of ICWAI. Additional qualification of ACS/FCS with LLB/LLM is desirable.

2. Directors : 06

• Disciplines : Director (Training &Placement), - New Delhi. Director (Advanced Studies), - New Delhi. Director (International Affairs), - New Delhi. Director (Management Accounting) - New Delhi. Director (Examination), Director (Research &Journal) –Kolkata.
• Place of Posting : New Delhi / Kolkata
• Scale of Pay : Rs.37400-67000 + 8900. [Entry Pay 49100]
• Age Limit : Between 40-50 years
• Essential Qualification : FICWA/AICWA. Relaxable in case of Ph. D. in the relevant
• subject.

3. Joint Secretary : 01

• Place of Posting : Kolkata
• Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 + 7600. [Entry Pay 31320]
• Age Limit : Between 35-40 years
• Essential Qualification : Associate or Fellow of ICWAI/ICSI with LLB/LLM.

4. Joint Directors : 05

• Disciplines : Joint Director (Continuing Education Programme), - New Delhi Joint Director (Technical), - New Delhi Joint Director (Certificate in Accounting Technician Course), - New Delhi Joint Director (Professional Development) - New Delhi; Joint Director (Exam) – Kolkata 
• Place of Posting : New Delhi / Kolkata
• Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 + 7600. [Entry Pay 31320]
• Age Limit : Between 35-40 years
• Essential Qualification : Member of ICWAI. The membership of other professional Institutes will be an advantage.

5. Deputy Directors : 05

• Disciplines : Deputy Director (Management Accounting) -New Delhi, Deputy Director (President Office)- New Delhi. Deputy Director (Membership), Kolkata. Deputy Director (HR/Admin), Kolkata. Deputy Director (President Office) - Kolkata. 
• Place of Posting : New Delhi / Kolkata
• Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 + 7600. [Entry Pay 29500]
• Age Limit : Below 40 years
• Essential Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/Economics/MBA with 55% Marks. Membership of ICWAI/ICSI will be preferred.

6. Dy. Director (IT) : 02

• Place of Posting : New Delhi / Kolkata
• Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 + 7600. [Entry Pay 29500]
• Age Limit : Below 40 years
• Essential Qualification : MCA/B.Tech. in Computer Science. Person should possess a minimum experience of 5 years and relevant exposure of Oracle, Networking (LAN/WAN), Software development, Computer System etc., in an organization. Deserving candidates may be considered for higher post.

7. Assistant Directors : 06

• Disciplines : Assistant Director (International affairs), Assistant Director (Continuing Education Programme), Assistant Director (Technical), Assistant Director (Professional Development), Assistant Director (CAT), Assistant Director (Liasoning / PR)
• Place of Posting : New Delhi
• Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 + 6600. [Entry Pay 25350]
• Age Limit : Below 35 years
• Essential Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/Economics/MBA with 55% Marks. Membership of ICWAI/ICSI will be preferred.

8. Senior Officer (Information Technology) : 02

• Place of Posting : Kolkata
• Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800 + 5400. [Entry Pay 20280]
• Age Limit : Below 35 years
• Essential Qualification : A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Administration or equivalent from any recognized University.

9. Officer : 07 (Four at New Delhi & Three at Kolkata)

• Place of Posting : New Delhi / Kolkata
• Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800 + 4200. [Entry Pay 13500]
• Age Limit : Below 35 years
• Essential Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate with 50% marks.
